This past week we continued the
LENAPE HISTORY SEMESTER
through stanza 12.
This stanza covers two (2) centuries between Bishop Gnuppson coming to America and the LITTLE ICE AGE.

REVIEW
The Stanza tells us
that after a Bishop, nicknamed "Henricus" followed the Greenlanders to America, there is a two (2) century interval during which "the cousins separated
through out
all the land."

One stanza for two hundren years is a very little bit of history for a settlement of a continent.  But that very little bit is more than the evidence or testimoney that might support the English MYTH.

The mental model to carry in your head is "the (NORSE) cousins separated through out the land for two hundred years."

The other post viewed many times was:

Last week a question about DNA came up from Facebook viewers.

In response,
 I wrote a post:
http://myronpaine.blogspot.com/2018/02/the-dna-is-similar-on-both-sides-of.html

.
Then I realized that
if "the DNA was similar on both sides of the Atlantic" in the 17th centurary, then that would be strong evidence that the American people of the 17th centurary might have been Catholic like the most of the people on the east side of the Atlantic at that time.

This is the mental model we want most students to have when they graduate.

My disappointment, this week is that only 32 of us have even looked at the DNA link above.

How can we expect nearly 4 million kids to have that mental model in their heads, when only 32 of us even look at the DNA link?

What can we do to encourge the professors to teach the teachers, who will teach the kids that the DNA is similar on both sides of the Atlantic?

and the
FILM for EDUCATORS every chance you get.
.
Build a mental picture about the
Americans that were Catholics, who spoke Norse.
.
Have a good one
