HOW? To CHANGE a PARADIGM

First we should understand what a "paradigm" and a "paradigm shift" are.  These links lead to formal definitions.  Please review the definitions until you understand paradigms.
.
A paradigm is like a mental framework.  That framework has been put into heads by parents, teachers, and authorities.  Any new information that does not fit onto the mental framework is a "curiosity" quickly set aside and usually forgotten.
.
To make a paradigm shift requires that a person construct a new framework in the mind and deliberately chose to hang new information on that new framework until the mind automatially uses the new paradigm.  Sometimes, as in the example below, two paradigms are carried in the head.  The correct paradigm is used depending on the situation.
On Earth only a sense of balance is needed.
.
For a person walking on earth the sense of balance is all the mental framework needed.  But a pilot learns that the sense of balance is not accurate for blind flying.
A pilot must believe the instruments to fly blind
A pilot's mind has to build a new framework to respond to the dynamic action of instruments.

A pilot carries both frame works in the mind. Pilots, who rarely fly, sometimes mentally struggle to decide which mental framework to use when the weather gets hazy.  Refreshing the instrument paradigm is one reason why most pilots chose to fly regularly.
.
A pathological paradigm is a paradigm that is now irrational because the circumstances have changed.  A pathological paradigm should be removed if possible.  But sometimes circumstances require that the mind remember the pathological paradigm.
.
For example, When a high school student studies to answer the SAT history examination, the student must study the history myth created by four centuries of authors who use the pathological Eurocentric paradigm.
.
But when the student wants to learn a true account of the past events of the Adena Culture, the student should use the American paradigm to fit the Iberian text on the stones into a world picture of human migration.  The Iberian text came from Spain and North Africa about 3,000 years ago.
.
If a student answers the SAT tests with the knowledge gained by using the American paradigm, the chances for a good scholarship based on high SAT scores will be severally diminished.
.
When the student's academic activity is over, the pathological Eurocentric myth should be replaced by the American paradigm.
.
To remove a pathological paradigm requires a paradigm shift.  The paradigm shift requires a new paradigm that is more rational than a pathological paradigm.
.
The creation of the new paradigm requires deliberate, constant attention to make the new paradigm happen.  Similar to the way a pilot must constantly refresh his instrument paradigm.
.
If a paradigm should be changed, the new paradigm has to be refreshed at every chance, every way, everywhere, every day, all day.
.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
..
Advocating the American Paradigm will be a trail and error process.  There has never been a situation where a small group of knowledgeable, professional scholars have caused a paradigm shift among certified Social Scientist faculty in universities.
.
Those academic faculties are teaching the Eurocentric Paradigm. The university faculty teach the students, who will be teaching school children.  The university faculty need to teach their students that there are other paradigms that may apply to the evidence and testimony about pre-history America.  Unless that paradigm shift happens in the heads of the faculty, an accurate account of past events will probably not ever be taught to school children.
.
The American Paradigm we are advocating is one of those paradigms.  When we advocate the American Paradigm we can use:
.
1.  The oldest American history, the Maalan Aarum,
.
2.   A map showing America at the end of the 17th Century.
.
3.  Very substantial physical evidence that indicates that Norse
were in Vinland of West (Red River between ND and MN)
when the Lenape migrated from Greenland in 1346-60.
.
All of this evidence and testimony exists.  About 200 people know where it is.  Much of the information is on the Internet so the information about the evidence and the testimony can not be suppressed.  BUT IT CAN BE IGNORED unless we do something.
.
So let us do something--even if it is wrong!
.
1.  If you made it this far, you have a computer and probably use email.  Put the American Paradigm on the top lines of every email.
.

Many people came to America from many places.

Thousands were Norse Christian Lenape, who were pure.
.
The links will guide your viewers to pictures of evidence or testimony to show that the America paradigm is based on an accurate account of past events.

.

2.  Learn to say the American Paradigm swifty, until you can say it without hesitation.

.

3.  Learn the information on the links so that you can explain the evidence or testimony supporting the American Paradigm.

.

4.  Write the American Paradigm on one side of a business card.  Write the Paradigm Shift Blog address on the other side.  Pass the cards to everyone you meet.

.

5.  Put the American Paradigm on sweat shirts, bags, and jackets.

.

6.  Focus on the teachers, who teach the American Paradigm.  Provide them with writen information or the Paradigm Shift web site.
.
7.  Support, with cash, the on-going effort to send yearly subscriptions for the Ancient American Magazine to the top ranked Social Scientist departments.
.
[One thousand dollars ($1,000) has already been purchased subscriptions for thirty (30) top ranked departments.  At the current rate of income, the effort will require sixty (60) more months (Five years!)  A little change, given often would help a LOT.]

.
8. Become a follower on the Paradigm Shift blog.  Send encouraging words often, especially about the people you have convinced to accept the American Paradigm.

9.  Good ideas about advocating the American Paradigm are available to all of you.  The worst action you can do if you get a "good idea" is to keep quiet.
